FAQ's
How do I place an order?
Have a look at our product page which lists all of our products available. Then, please contact us via the Contact Form, ensuring you advise us of your requirements and the date you wish to collect, the colour you would like, and any of our finishing touches.
Are you registered with the local authority?
Yes. Our artist is qualified in Level 2 Food Hygiene and our products are produced in a well managed, clean domestic environment. We also have a 5 star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
Can you make a unique arrangement for me?
Every cupcake is produced by hand, just for you. Therefore every cupcake is unique. If you want a special cupcake theme, let us know. If you need inspiration, check out our gallery on instagram or Facebook. There are hundreds of products to browse. Or just tell us the colour you would like and leave the rest to us.
If your request is for individually designed cupcakes, or several different colours then this may be deemed as a bespoke bouquet and will be priced on its own merit.
Do you cater for food allergies or intolerances?
No. Unfortunately we can not claim any product is suitable for people with food allergies, food intolerances or other special dietary concerns such as coeliacs. I work in my home kitchen where all allergens may be present.
Do You offer tutorials or classes?
No, I don't offer tutorials or classes. This is something that I may consider in the future.
Can I cancel my order?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations
Do you deliver?
We are not currently offering a delivery service except for wedding/event orders, if this can be accommodated.
How to keep & transport your cupcakes:
Cakes must be collected from our premises.
I cannot be held liable for any damage that is rendered to the cupcakes/cake at the venue after it has left the premises. Therefore, I ask that you check your cupcakes/cake before you leave. Please ensure the table, stand etc. where the cupcakes/cake will be placed is stable as I cannot be held responsible for any accidents or breakages.
As all cupcakes/cakes are very delicate and fragile, I recommend that, if transporting by car, the cupcakes/cake should be placed on a flat surface, to prevent the cupcakes/cake sliding off its board. NEVER put a cake/cupcakes on a seat as this can be extremely unsafe and result in them sliding off onto the floor, if you needed to brake suddenly. The front passenger footwell or a flat car boot is the safest place, or if you’re travelling with a passenger, on their knee. Please ensure that the aircon is switched on in your car as an overheated car can result in a cake/cupcakes that becomes compromised or melt. Cupcakes/cakes must not be left in the car overnight but placed somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight or heat sources such as a radiator, and must not be put into a fridge.
