FAQ's

How do I place an order?

Have a look at our product page which lists all of our products available.  Then, please contact us via the Contact Form, ensuring you advise us of your requirements and the date you wish to collect, the colour you would like, and any of our finishing touches.

Are you registered with the local authority?

Yes.  Our artist is qualified in Level 2 Food Hygiene and our products are produced in a well managed, clean domestic environment.

Can you make a unique arrangement for me?

Every cupcake is produced by hand, just for you. Therefore every cupcake is unique. If you want a special cupcake theme, let us know.  If you need inspiration, check out our gallery on instagram or Facebook. There are hundreds of products to browse.  Or just tell us the colour you would like and leave the rest to us.

If your request is for individually designed cupcakes, or several different colours then this may be deemed as a bespoke bouquet and will be priced on its own merit.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

No. Unfortunately we can not claim any product is suitable for people with allergies or other special dietary concerns. We do currently offer vanilla vegan products, which incur a surcharge.

Do You offer tutorials or classes?

After being asked consistently to offer tutorials or lessons, I am currently in the planning stages of putting together some classes.  Initially it will be for small group classes of 6, and I may also offer 121 tuition in the future.

Can I cancel my order?

Each creation is unique and particular to you, as such your order is in part a booking for our artist's time and as such orders can not be cancelled at short notice. More than 3 weeks prior to the delivery date for your order, it is possible to cancel and refunds will be honoured. In such circumstances, please contact us via our contact form.

Do you deliver?

We are not currently offering a delivery service except for wedding/event orders, if this can be accommodated.

How to keep & transport your cupcakes:

Store your cupcakes at cool room temperature and out of direct sunlight.  DO NOT REFRIDGERATE.  I suggest they be consumed within 3-4 days after collection.

Your cupcakes are packaged in boxes and covered with cellophane, and are best transported either in the boot or passenger footwell of your vehicle.

Please be aware of the size of your order and make allowance for this when considering your transport.
